”Gintare Gumuliauskiene Law Firm G.Lex is a specialised law firm for commercial law, providing complex high-quality niche legal services relating to starting, running and ending a business, as well as services to private clients.
Since the beginning, Gintare Gumuliauskiene Law Firm G.Lex has been actively providing legal services pro bono (meaning “for the public good”), thus contributing to the social responsibility initiative and making sure that professional legal services are also available to those who are in need, but may be unable to afford them for objective reasons. We are glad to have helped small business start-ups and members of the film industry as well as other artists.

Dr. Gintare Gumuliauskiene specialises in virtually all areas of commercial law, including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Joint Ventures, Enterprise Management, Reorganisation, Bankruptcy, Liquidation, Restructuring, Business Transactions, etc.

Dr. Gintare Gumuliauskiene has written and defended her social sciences doctoral dissertation on the topic “Civil Liability of Members of Management Bodies of a Legal Entity”.
Dr. Gintare Gumuliauskiene has been an associate professor at Mykolas Romeris University for many years, where she has lectured such courses as Company Law and Legal Forms of Business Organisation for Master’s students, supervised and reviewed the scientific researches.
